My Project

As education continues to evolve in response to the needs of 21st century learners, so must our classrooms. I am committed to continue creating a dynamic and engaging environment that nurtures creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. One way I am working to achieve this goal is by incorporating flexible seating. This is a research supported approach that offers students choice and comfort in how they learn best.

Flexible seating empowers students by allowing them to choose the physical environment that supports their individual learning style.

Whether it's a wobble stool, a soft floor cushion, or a standing desk, these options have been shown to improve focus, encourage movement, and foster a sense of ownership in the classroom. For many students, especially those with attention challenges or sensory needs, flexible seating isn’t just a preference, it is a powerful tool for academic success.

Every contribution, big or small, brings us one step closer to a learning space that reflects the modern world our students are preparing to enter.
