Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This projects purpose it to help my student love reading. My goal is to make reading fun so they are motivated to read. My team has come up with "flashlight Friday."
As we all know children love playing with flashlights.
Therefore I want to use flashlights as a motivator for my students. On Fridays we are going to turn the lights out for a couple of hours and read. We will play games, practice sight words, read the word wall and read books during this time.
