My Project
All of our students want to learn to play the drums at least once in their lives. Drumming helps them with the basic idea of a steady beat in songs and it also helps them to build a musical expression, and learn musical concepts such as rhythm.
As of now, our current drum set has outlived its lifespan and could sure use an upgrade.
This drum set will play a key role in the development of the music program for many of my students at our school. The first and foremost is to give all students a chance to play drums in class. This will enhance the environment not only in the classroom but on the concert stage as well. As they progress, they will be able to do team and independent work to build musicianship and to be able to practice socialization.
