Fitness Room Expansion

Help me give my students the chance to improve their fitness level by exercising with new equipment for our fitness room.

My Students

Students at our school enjoy participating in sports and activities in Physical Education. Physical Education is the most popular elective and the equipment is shared between three teachers throughout the school year. With over 400 students choosing to participate each year, the students are excited to experience new and classic activities to keep them healthy.

Most of the students find activities they enjoy and can continue when they leave our middle school for one of the two neighboring high schools.

This is why our Physical Education program is so important to our students and our community.

My Project

I am looking to expand the stations in our fitness center at Hillcrest Middle School. Our students have the opportunity to exercise and improve their wellness and fitness through a circuit training fitness center. The students rotate through different stations to learn and exercise.

I want to use the equipment in this project to enhance our students experience and give them the opportunity to try new dynamic exercises with same and durable equipment.

The whole home system is a great way to vary the muscle groups my students can improve through working out.
