I am requesting play-doh for my students because we use it for everything! Brain breaks, making addition and subtraction problems, sight words, and when they need to take a break.
My firsties are having some BIG emotions.
Please help us out by supporting this project. Children sometimes have a hard time using their words to describe their emotions. I got the idea for the Little Spot items from my daughter's preschool. I showed my students some of the videos, and they absolutely loved them!
Having the characters in our hands and the physical book will be a great help for those who are hands-on learners! It will also help us with our calm-down corner. Students will be able to sit in the calm-down corner and choose which emotion they are feeling. Then I can help them express with their words what they are feeling and why. This will better help solve any problems they may be having with their peers.
