My Project

We are hoping to get a VIP desk which is a fun classroom management tool used to encourage positive behavior. It is a special desk and chair where one or two students get to sit for a day when they are making good choices. While sitting at the VIP table, students may use special classroom supplies such as markers, scented pencils and crayons, making the experience exciting and motivating.

In addition, students may nominate a classmate they believe has been showing VIP behavior, helping build a positive and supportive classroom community.

We are hoping that this special desk and chair in addition to the special supplies will encourage our first graders to display positive behavior.
