This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students enjoy project-based learning because they are learning but not in a lecture-style. However, as a first-year teacher I don't have the materials needed for students to have the best experience I can provide them with.

The laminator will help me to display student work all over the class because they enjoy seeing their work displayed; It motivates them to see I am proud of what they create.

Of course, their work must be displayed in a nicely decorated board with boarder. To complete projects, students need scissors, supplies to decorate posters, construction paper, and markers so that they are able to use individual whiteboards. Students in Spanish class must always be completing hands-on activities and thus their work needs to be kept organized which is where the organizer trays come in handy. When students need a break during advisory, they can play connect four or other games that they bring with them. Equally important is the easel pad which will be used to put up notes that will be helpful to students as they learn Spanish. There's a lot of materials a first-year teacher needs to help students have the best possible experience in Spanish class and having these materials will bring students so much joy. I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thank you!
