My Students

My class for this upcoming fall is a kindergarten through fourth grade self-contained special education class. My students are energetic, fun, and loving. Each day the students in my class face a multitude of challenges both in school with their learning, and outside of school in their home and personal lives.

These students overcome challenges day in and day out.

Coming from high poverty homes, many of my students have experienced significant trauma throughout their lives. By helping my class, you can help my students have the education that they need and deserve.

My Project

These materials will allow me to set up a classroom that is conducive to learning. Through having these supplies and classroom essentials, my students will be able to achieve the academic and social emotional goals and standards that are required of these young learners.

Students in my class will benefit immensely from having the supplies that they need.

Theses supplies will encourage collaborate learning and help to create a learning space that fosters student growth. Desk storage, book storage, and cubbies will help students have access to the supplies that they need in order to complete their academic work. Additionally, supplies such as board paper, markers, crayons, tape, and scissors will help students to complete projects and do assignments in a fun, engaging manner. Throughout the year, students will use these supplies to learn and foster creativity in their learning.
