Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am first year intern teacher in a K-2 Special Education ESN classroom in a title 1 school! I also a full-time grad student working on my Masters. I am a first generation college student seeking a better life with so much gratitude to my parents who paved the way. I would love to be sponsored for the items on my list. To name a few, The Little Spot of Feelings book and plushies will benefit my students and allow them to further understand and be able to identify their emotions and how to regulate their feelings, it’s a great SEL tool. The magnetic tiles , farm animals, cupcake toys, play food, and the dolls will make the students play area come to life and even help with fine motor skills of my kiddos! My little ones are still getting used to being in school and learning to play with toys and with peers. A lot of goals my kids have is to be able to play with toys appropriately and share. This will be a great tool for the kiddos to learn to share. The Velcro dots, organizer cart, laminating sheets, and timers are all essential and helpful tools for the structure and organization in the classroom. The success of my students is my number one priority and they would truly benefit from these items. I appreciate you taking your time and looking through my list! Thanks, God Bless You!
