Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I’m a first-year third-grade teacher, and I absolutely love my profession. Many of my new students come from diverse backgrounds and face challenges that make having the right classroom environment and resources essential for their success.
The seating circles rug will create a cozy, defined space where we can gather for story time, discussions, and collaborative learning, helping students feel connected and focused.
The dry erase markers will be used for whiteboard activities, encouraging participation and letting students practice skills in a fun, low-pressure way.
The classroom storage caddies will keep supplies organized and accessible, helping students learn responsibility and keeping our classroom running smoothly.
As a new teacher, these resources are vital to helping me build a welcoming and supportive classroom where every child can thrive. Thank you for your support—it truly makes a difference!
