Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I want all my students to be inspired to read and see themselves reflected back on the pages. I am trying to create a classroom that fosters community, kindness, and effort. It is important for me to have books in my classroom that inspire my students. Books that show them characters who give my students the courage and passion they need to excel.
This is my first class so I need a lot of materials to organize and label my library and create a print rich environment for my students.
Things like laminators, staples, and hooks will make a huge difference when it comes to setting up my classroom in a way the students can navigate. Thank you so much for your help!
