This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I’m not a first-time teacher, but this is my first year as a 5th-grade teacher, and I genuinely want to be more organized in my classroom. My goal is to provide everything my students need and create an environment that feels like a second home for them.

I love that each student brings their own curiosity, creativity, and determination to the learning process.

Seeing students grow, ask questions, and make connections is incredibly rewarding.

Learning isn’t just about gaining knowledge—it’s about building confidence and discovering new possibilities.

When students have the tools they need, learning transforms into an adventure. With the right resources, they dream bigger, think deeper, and achieve more than they ever thought possible. That’s the power of education.

My children love kickball, which can unlock a world of learning, growth, and play. Kids thrive when they have opportunities to move, connect, and challenge themselves, making sports a valuable part of their development. Pencils, crayons, art and craft paper, glue, and science kits are all wonderful essentials to help our classroom be more engaging.
