My Students
As a teacher who teaches three different subjects, I am incredibly lucky with the diverse group of students I see day-to-day. I teach English, Ancient Civilizations, and Art with Creative Writing classes and get a variety of learners, abilities, and of course economically. I teach with a lens of the humanities, so a lot of project-based, student-led learning. That being said, I use a lot of different materials to best meet the diverse needs of my students.
By helping out classes like mine, you can reach students who do not have the same resources that most kids, including their classmates, have.

My Project
These items will help my students in each of my classes, regardless of their access. My goal for my arts class this year is to make learning fun, which can involve some messy supplies.
This is my first year teaching and I need the paintbrushes, canvases, paper and palettes to make sure each student can experience a little bit of different types of art.
The Teachers Pay Teachers will help fund lesson-planning as there are many great activities I have found I want to use in my own class!
