Help me give my students a selection of books for a new First Nations course.

My Students
I work in a social and economically diverse urban school. Fifty-seven percent of students are on free or reduced-price lunch (this is not including a number of students who probably qualify, but are unable to or do not know how to apply). This number continues to increase over the years.
Our school is racially and ethnically diverse, especially for the area, as the majority of our students are Black, Latinx, or multiracial.
I currently teach five classes: four of World History 10 (two honors classes) and one of Wisconsin Studies 11/12.
I have a number of students with special behavioral, emotional, and learning needs. I do what I can with what I have to engage all learners in a safe, structured, welcoming environment. I provide for them what they may not have outside of the school walls.
My Project
I am in the process of developing a new First Nations course as a replacement for the current Wisconsin studies class. The current Wisconsin studies class has become increasingly more focused on the 12 First Nations of Wisconsin as well as indigenous people throughout North America.
Students have expressed an interest in studying Native American history and culture because they feel they have not had that opportunity in other classes.
I am requesting these books with the hope of starting a mini-library for students. Before I order multiple copies, I would like to see what books appeal to the students, so am requesting a variety now. I have included books for a range of reading levels, interests, and formats.
As I continue to structure the new curriculum, I want to have a number of resources to draw upon to engage students and build their skills. Reading comprehension and writing are things that students struggle with. Providing them with a choice and opportunity to read will help to develop these skills.
