My Project
I would love to add the wonderful, creative, goofy and kid friendly Todd Parr book collection to our classroom library. My students loved reading, It's Okay to Make Mistakes and it made me want to have an entire bin of Todd Parr books! Students especially adore his colorful and adorable illustrations! Students will learn about a variety of topics including how to be proud of who we are, how to take care of the world, and we will be able to answer the hard-hitting question- do monsters like macaroni and cheese?
This project will support my students in building confidence to read picture books on their own, expand their mindsets, and bring joy into the reading experience.
