My Project

My students are a wonderful, energetic group of first graders! They are smart and inquisitive, and love learning materials that ignite their love of reading. We are in a Title 1 school in a mostly rural area in Alabama, and many don't have the literacy resources needed to reach their full potential.

This is where Scholastic Magazines come in!

With their fun and colorful pages, and engaging content, Scholastic Magazines are an excellent addition to our literacy block. Each magazine comes with interesting activities and questions, and covers high-interest topics in the science and social studies content areas. The TPT card will allow me to purchase fun and engaging resources to go along with the units in Scholastic News.

I am excited to share the adventure of learning through Scholastic magazines!
