My Project
I want my students to have strong number sense and fact fluency. These skills will help my students with financial literacy skills when they are older. I want to build a strong foundation now. We need a variety of materials. We could use double sided counters for take home math games, counting the days of school ten frame banners, hide zero cards and number cards. We could also use a magnetic dry erase board. We will use this board with a set of magnetic coins that we have. We will pick a number and figure out what a combination of coins of that amount would look like.
