My Project
My first-grade students fell in love with the Steve Jenkins book, "What Would You Do With a Tail Like This?" They learned about how different animals use their tails, eyes, ears, mouths, feet, and noses. Did you know that the horned lizard can shoot blood out of their eyes to chase predators away? Did you know that the archerfish shoots water at bugs on branches and then eats them when they fall into the water? My students love the facts in this book! I would love to give them their very own copy!
