This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach twenty six first graders in a TITLE I school. We are a K-8 school, so this community of learners will be together for years to come. My students are truly a community of learners that cheer each other on and help each other when they need it.
My students enjoy working with construction paper and markers.
After they create, I love to display their work. I need staplers and stapler removers to display their work. First graders are very motivated by stickers, especially scratch and sniff. These items will help keep my class motivated and will not be available without your support.
