This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our first-grade classroom, we work hard every day to build a culture of kindness, focus, and perseverance. Positive reinforcement plays a key role in motivating young learners, and with your support, we’d love to add a wide variety of engaging incentives that will keep our students excited to do their best.

This project includes colorful stickers, squishy toys, scented play dough, mini games, fidget spinners, fun wristbands, and magnetic bookmarks.

These rewards will be used as part of our classroom behavior system, academic celebrations, and motivational tools for learning goals. Whether a student is mastering a new reading skill, showing kindness to a classmate, or simply staying on task, these small but meaningful items help celebrate their efforts and growth.

Your generosity will bring joy, encouragement, and motivation to our hardworking first graders. Thank you for helping us recognize and celebrate the little victories that make a big difference in their learning journey!
