My Students
My students are excited and engaged first graders. They are eager learners who embrace new knowledge and are always asking new questions. We love learning to read, solve math problems and do science experiments as well as getting brain breaks and snack time.
My Project
All of these materials are essential to our first grade classroom community! Without your support our classroom is not provided these basic, but important supplies. Students will make daily use of pencils and dry erase markers to complete work and play white board learning games. Students love to have snack time after recess and foods like pretzels, popcorn and fruit snacks. The emotions chart, timers and puppy squishies will help students developing socio-emotional skills, such as talking about their feelings or taking a break in the calm down corner. Several of the materials will help make sure our classroom is looking sharp and inviting. Further, simple things like wipes and swifter pads will allow us to keep our room clean. By having all of these needs met, students will be able to focus on the most important aspect of school: their learning!
