First Grade Book-Nic Bash

Help me give my students books to read for their annual spring picnic.

FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Regina Carpenter-Teacher Ambassador's classroom raised $372

This project is fully funded

My Project

My class consists of 25 creative, intelligent, and energetic first graders. I teach in a Title 1 school and 100% of my students receive free lunch. My students are very passionate about reading and exploring different books. I am seeking donations of books for my students' spring picnic. Providing them with books will not only enhance their picnic experience but also encourage their love for learning and reading.

Books can help students in many ways, such as expanding their vocabulary and improving their reading comprehension.

Reading exposes children to different cultures, perspectives and experiences, which can help to broaden their understanding of the world. These books will be the beginning of many rich discussion during our annual picnic.
