Help me give my students a 2nd grade library. These books are ones of diversity, inclusion, social emotional, and even entertainment. I want my students to have books they will enjoy reading. This is our first classroom library!
With the support of this project, I will be able to create a vibrant classroom library that reflects the values of diversity, inclusion, and social-emotional learning—while also sparking joy and imagination through engaging stories. Each book selected has been thoughtfully chosen to meet the needs and interests of all my students, ensuring that every reader feels seen, valued, and inspired.
By building this library, I aim to foster a welcoming and enriching reading environment where students take pride in their space and grow as confident, curious readers.
This collection will play a vital role in helping my students thrive academically and emotionally as they settle into their brand-new classroom.
