Fire Up Learning in Pre-Kindergarten!

My students need The Amazon Kindle Fire tablets and headphones to help learn new things through technology in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom.

My Students

I have 18 amazing & enthusiastic students ready to tackle new adventures each day! They are always eager to learn and love to exceed all my expectations! Just as there are no 2 children exactly the same, there are no 2 children who learn the same. I strive to keep my instruction interesting and fun!

I know all of my students are excited to come to school each day and are willing to try their best at each task they are given.

The students come from a variety of ethnic and economic backgrounds. Our school is a Title One school and is 100% Free Lunch. My students have big dreams, but need the tools to help them become successful.

My Project

The Kindle Fires would be a great resource to our Pre-Kindergarten classroom and will help the students be eager to learn new things through technology.

The Kindles and headphones would have the students excited during center time and ready to learn through technology.

My students will use the tablet for various learning centers (ABCmouse, e-books, and an endless amount of instructional apps for intervention purposes). The tablets will also enable a world of opportunities for providing differentiated instruction to a variety of learning needs.

Struggling learners can benefit from the tablet through the use of "text-to-speech" programs, interactive learning activities, and other differentiated learning tools which technology provides. Applications such as Kids Vocab & English First High Flyers will be used to support my ELL students. Thank you so much for your support!
