My Project
My students struggle with their fine motor skills. The dry-erase board and markers will help my students learn how to write letters and numbers without feeling overwhelmed. My students will be using hands-on writing as we work together in writing lessons while sitting on the wiggle sensory cushion.
When my students are presented with a pencil and paper to write, all they see are mistakes, and torn paper from erasing.
My students will shut down without completing work when this happens. We have been writing on tables, but using their own dry-erase board and marker will give my students ownership of the materials being used instead of the teacher cleaning the tables.
