Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a school-based occupational therapist, I work with students who face a variety of challenges that impact their ability to fully participate in the classroom. Many of these students struggle with fine motor skills, cognitive, attention, coordination, and self-regulation. The right tools and materials can make a significant difference in helping them develop the foundational skills they need for success in school and everyday life.
This project will provide essential occupational therapy supplies like new games and fine motor tools.
These items support students in strengthening their hands, improving focus, regulating their sensory needs, and becoming more independent in school-related activities like writing, cutting, and self-care.
By funding this project, you're helping students not only access the tools they need to thrive but also foster greater confidence and participation in their learning environment. Every donation brings us closer to making school a more inclusive, supportive space for all learners.
