Help me give my students storage bins, magnetic blocks, an Alphabet Maze, and markers for the materials to further their fine motor skills during recess.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting these items to give my students something to do during recess if they don't wish to play outside. My library is open during morning recess, Monday through Thursday, for kids who may be having a tough day or just wish to visit the library.
These materials will help them learn to sort by shape and color, help them with fine motor skills as well as enhance their creativity.
One of the things the kids like doing most when in the library during recess is drawing! They also really love being able to smell their work with the Mr. Sketch Markers.
