This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have the privilege of working with an incredible group of high school seniors who inspire me every day with their resilience, curiosity, and drive to build better futures for themselves. Many of them are navigating challenges both in and outside the classroom, yet they continue to show up, work hard, and support each other in meaningful ways.

Many of our students don’t have easy access to printing at home.

This printer will allow them to print college applications, job resumes, financial aid documents, and other materials that are essential to their next steps after graduation.

We use interactive games as a powerful way to teach budgeting, decision-making, teamwork, and communication. These games make complex topics more approachable and help students practice real-world thinking in a fun, hands-on way.
