This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every day my students work very hard to earn DOJO points that they can spend on prizes in our class store. They earn these points by being focused and on task and turning in work on time. Learning these skills helps build confidence and a strong positive work ethic in my students that they carry with them into their future schooling and life.
My students helped me pick out the prizes that are on our list which helps give them buy-in and ownership in our class store and allows them to see what they are working towards.
They love the shopping experience and look forward to earning these prizes!
