Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These books will be used to create the same love of reading in my students that I developed when I was in elementary school. These books have been chosen by me, for my students with the hope that they will love them just as I did. I hope to give students a safe space in our classroom library, with stories that they love to surround them.

The books will be used to help my students become strong, independent readers.

With books that the students love, they will learn to use the necessary skills included in 5th grade standards.
