Help me give my students more options to use with our 3D printer. My class received a grant this year for a Dremel 3D printer but we need more filament so that we can print.
Our smart and engaging students are interested in expanded opportunities. They want to explore their ideas with hands-on projects that allow them to develop and solve problems in a way that reflects the nature of such context in real life. Our students only see possibilities in the world despite the many obstacles they face outside the classroom. Our students are bright, engaging, clever and believe in themselves. As their teacher, I am committed to providing them with unlimited opportunities to have fun.
My Project
We received a grant for a 3D printer in our classroom this year. However, with almost 500 students working on designing items to print, we do not have enough filament to make that happen.
We need more filament, not to mention colors, to print our creations.
My students have been mesmerized by the endless possabilities this printer brings and I am overjoyed with their interest in this new tool. I can't wait to start printing their designs but we really need your help to make that happen. Currently, we want to print our blind contour drawings, and make tools for our play-doh centers. I want to be able to offer the students color chooses beyond white and black.
