Fifth Grade Fun Finds

Help me give my students t-shirts to tie dye and other items for fun end of year activities.

My Project

This year's fifth graders are a special group of students. Personally, this has been a challenging year for me and I have had substitutes on a regular basis due to family health issues. I have yet to receive a negative report about their behavior. They are kind, thoughtful, and check on me to make sure I am doing okay. One day they showered me with flowers and cards to express their compassion and I was so touched by the gesture.

The materials in this proposal will provide materials for a fun tie-dying activity to culminate our science curriculum.

Additional supplies will allow me to make intervention activities that support students struggling with math concepts. The vinyl and bookmarks will be used to celebrate the students in the Isibindi House that is part of our school management system.
