it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Who doesn't love a good fidget?! Fidgets are fun and supportive whether you are a student or adult. My goal with this project is to provide a variety of fidgets for students to have access to whether they are nervous during a test, difficult conversation, or just need a break. Although my students like to pretend that they are too grown up to play with anything... they still come to my office to play with a fidget or toy.
I love my students and being able to provide them with a safe/calming space that has all of the tools they may need.
At the moment I am running low on fully functioning fidgets. I am aiming to broaden the fidgets that I hold in my space for students to find the one that feels like a supportive tool for them.
