Festive 4th Graders

Help me give my students the opportunity to recieve a gift this holiday season.

My Project

Last year, Hartville 4th graders put together a gift giving project for the whole elementary. It was so successful, we have decided to make it a yearly project to help teach the 4th graders how important it is to be generous. We gave hats, gloves, socks and snacks to 238 students last year, and it was a huge hit.

This fall, when school started, the incoming 4th graders asked if they would get to do a gift project like last year's class did.

I was thrilled! They told me how great it felt to get the goodie bags and were so excited to carry it forward.

A survey showed that all of our teachers were also really excited about it as well. This group of kids wants to go a step further and make a gift bag for each classroom teacher as well, just to show how appreciated they are.

My heart is full to bursting with pride in this group. We have chosen hats and socks again, but this year we wanted to add water bottles, since hydration is so important. We look forward to fulfilling this amazing project again this year with the help of generous donors. Thank you in advance for all you do!
