Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year my goal to have students be more creative and fuel their creativity with art supplies and snacks. In new lessons we are discovering how the colonies first settled and what it meant for them to grow and harvest new food , build shelters and create an environment best suited for their people. The goal is to have students be creative and embrace new environments in and out of the classrooms. Giving the students rewards for their creativity and new take on learning will be a new project based learning environment.

Teaching and learning through creativity and experiences and how they can relates to history.

Giving the students a chance to have fun and get rewarded with the snacks they love will be an incentive for them to participate and engage with the lesson. Art supplies and basic supplies will help them in completing tasks and assignments. As we face the COVID-19 virus, be innovative and fun will help keep the kids going and snacks for growing teens is never a bad thing.
