Feed the Kids!

Help me give my students food to not only be able to access throughout the day in my class, but also to have to send home. Numerous kids in my classroom come from families that struggle financially.

My Project

I need help supplying my students with a well stocked snack area in my Alternative Education classroom to start off the year. These students are part of our most fragile group of students, struggling with trauma, hard living situations, and overall just struggling in school. One thing I don't ever want them to worry about is being hungry.

For some of my students their source of food comes from the school setting.

With my project I want to be able to have food easy for students to prepare that they have access too. I also what to be able to send food home if they need that option as well. What is on my list should get me started for this school year! Help me make sure these kids all have access to food and aren't hungry!

It is proven if kids have had food and sleep, they are way better learners at school! That is my main goal making sure all my kids have their needs met so when they are at school, they can focus on their learning!
