This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In order to set students up for success in learning, their basic needs must be met. One of these basic needs is receiving enough food. Many students grow hungry throughout the day and this distracts them from their learning. Providing snacks in my class will help overcome this distraction. Students will be able to better focus on the work that is in front of them. Providing snacks for 20 students each day can also be expensive. My students and I would appreciate anyone who can help to provide snacks for our class.
