My Project
My students are good kids who are in low-income homes. Many of them are being raised by elderly grandparents who may not have planned on spending their later years raising their grandchildren. Some are just not financially equipped to start all over again with kids. Covid 19 hit our community hard. One child lost one parent, one grandparent, aunts or uncles. Funding this project will ensure that my students will have at the very least some food to tide them over till they return to school the next day.
