Graduation is upon us! In a matter of months, my 8th graders will be making their graduation march down the long hallway of their first alma mater, their elementary school home.
Robes from our previous graduation may easily be reused, but, of course, the same is not so for graduation mortarboards; therefore, we need new caps for these wonderful students.
The students always feel so wonderful wearing authentic academic regalia; I truly think it gives them a memory that lasts a lifetime.
Decorating their caps with THANK YOUs to family members and teachers makes the outfits and the day even more wonderful for the boys and girls AND for the school staff and community members who celebrate with them on graduation day.
