My Project
The FCCLA program plays a vital role in preparing students for future careers in various fields, including family and consumer sciences, culinary arts, fashion design, and hospitality management. One of the essential components of professional development within these fields is the ability to present oneself appropriately in a professional setting. This includes adhering to dress codes and standards of professional attire. Students need polos and other items to participate in conferences and meetings.
Unfortunately, many of our CTE students face financial barriers that prevent them from acquiring the necessary professional attire to participate fully in FCCLA activities, competitions, and events.
As a result, they may feel disadvantaged and lack the confidence to showcase their skills and talents to the best of their abilities.
With your support, we aim to alleviate this financial burden for our students by providing them with a closet of professional dress attire, including official FCCLA blazers, dress shirts, skirts, and pants. By ensuring that our students have access to the appropriate and required attire, we believe they will be better equipped to represent themselves, our institution, and the FCCLA program.
