Fantastic Phonics

Help me give my students hands-on materials to learn and practice phonics skills so they can strengthen their reading skills in multi-sensory ways.

My Project

I love that I am able to work with K-3 students. I teach reading intervention in small groups where I can target specific skills my students need. I am able to build their confidence by starting where they are at and building onto their skills in a safe and supportive setting.

My students often find classroom reading overwhelming and feel bad when they cannot read as well as others.

In our groups, they are working on spelling, sounds, blending words, fluency, and repeated practice to improve their skills every day.

The determination they have to do better every day is inspiring! We are requesting a Letter Recognition Learning Center, Advancing Phonics Word Work, and Phonics Dominoes.
