This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is a new year and we need some more folders! I love that my art students are so creative and bring their unique talents and experiences into the classroom. Last year they did not have a place to store their drawings and many had to stuff them in their backpacks without a folder. Their projects became wrinkled and unorganized - a jumbled mess! These folders will help their projects stay neat and organized. I find this organization helps student achievement because A) they don’t lose their projects and B) gives their work a sense of pride - or being tattered and form to pieces inside a messy backpack. Please help them if you can. We thank you!
