My Students

My 28 fourth grade students are a diverse group of learners with a variety of interests and abilities.

We believe that anything is possible in our classroom and that everyone can learn. Our students are hardworking, dedicated, and motivated to reach their full academic potentials. They love to learn and explore in all subject areas. Their passion for increasing their knowledge is outstanding!

My Project

These Roald Dahl books will be used to engage students in their fiction book clubs. Each student will be part of a reading club, where they will be able to share their thoughts, ideas, and wonders through the text they are reading.

The imagination of Roald Dahl, with his extraordinary and over the top characters, will have students laughing and learning.

In these book clubs, students will rotate roles such as narrator, note taker, question master, word analyst, and time keeper. A donation of these books to our classroom library will allow students to learn life literary skills such as time management, inquiry, and communication.
