My students need fantasy books for our current unit of study! We are very limited with age appropriate books that students can utilize in the classroom to practice genre specific skills.

My Students
I am a 5th grade reading teacher looking to build our classroom library! With a cozy classroom full of reading nooks and special reading chairs, my students are always excited to get to independent reading! They love to have a chance to choose new reading spots and dig into a good book!
The students in my class are enthusiastic, sweet, and eager to learn.
I am excited to make an impact on 75 students this year and hope to keep encouraging them to grow as readers!
My Project
In our classroom we have studied so many genres of reading! Students have done such a wonderful job learning about realistic fiction, nonfiction, and researching.
We are excited to begin exploring our imaginations with fantasy books!
Unfortunately, we have very few fantasy books in our classroom library. Between what we have in the class, and what we have from the school library, we don't even have enough to have one fantasy book per student! We're forced to share copies of books which makes it difficult for students to continue their reading at home.
We appreciate any and all donations! Thank you so much for your support!
