This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students at my Title 1 school are kind, innocent, and hardworking. I want to keep them excited and engaged throughout their learning career.

Our school is a place where we are excited about learning and motivated by classroom chants, funny faces, praise, and rewards.

I want to instill in my students a love for learning. Our goal is to open the doors in their minds to new worlds where imagination and putting thoughts to paper is exhilarating. I need your help to do that.

We choose to teach students to be responsible for their own learning, and motivate them to love reading, writing, math, science, making friends, and attending school. They know how much we care for them, and they know how hard we work to get new things for our classrooms. Finally, they know that our classrooms are only as fun and successful as it is because of class volunteers and donors like you.

My Project

I'm at it again.. give me your money! We are holding our annual Family Science Night to engage parents in their children's education and inspire a love of learning for science in the hearts of our sweet kiddos.

On April 20th, each grade level creates a science game that the children play at our tables and then are able to pack up and take home!

We're constantly trying to find new ways to get kids excited about their education. Texas schools are struggling to bring kids to their full educational potential and we are doing everything to break this cycle - help us! We are asking people to donate new games for door prizes at our game night.

We are requesting small robotics toys, life science toys, insect and observation toys, and potato and lemon electric clocks that the kids will be able to take home and play with their families.
