Family Resource Binders

My Students

Our students are incredible! They are in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. They are curious, inquisitive, hardworking, and dedicated. Many of our students would benefit from targeted math fact fluency practice.

Our students all love coming to school.

Our students are brilliant individuals who can tackle any task. As math teachers, we feel like strengthening their math fact fluency will allow them to more easily (and consistently) access grade-level tasks.

My Project

My students and their families are the best. I feel honored to work with them and truly love watching them grow into confident mathematicians.

I want to create a binder full of resources for families to have to help support their mathematicians at home, to better understand how we are teaching math to their scholar, and information about their IEP goals and benchmarks.

I have created family math strategy handouts that will definitely be included and some tips for helping their student develop their math facts. I'll include a resource about different departments that they can go to for additional support. I'll also talk to families about resources they would find helpful and make sure to include those as well!
