My Students

My students may be young but they are already paving the road to college and beyond! My second graders love to learn. They spend their time in class reading, writing, and asking questions about their world. Most days I learn more from them than they do from me!

My wonderful scholars are also creative, expressing themselves through art, song and dance.

There is no limit to what these incredible scholars can achieve and I know they will change our world!

My Project

With COVID-19 changing the way we do education, my students are currently at home learning through packets and virtual learning. We are learning, however, that school is more than just a place where students grow academically.

Schools allow students to socialize, explore their world, and for many, are a place where their basic needs of food, shelter and love continue to be met.

The items on this list will be put together as a care package for students and families. My hope is that although we are away from each other, my students will still feel love from their teachers!
