This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
While being remote during the COVD-19 pandemic, my students' opportunities to participate in hands-on learning activities was nonexistent. Being back to in-person learning allows us to resume hands-on learning. The pendulum investigation kit will help my fourth graders investigate how energy shifts from potential and kinetic and how energy can be transferred through collisions. The lab aprons will be used with kindergarteners through fourth graders and help keep my students' bodies safe. The metal meters sticks will and timers will be used in various experiments.
