My Project
Unfortunately, many of my students begin their freshman year of high school reading multiple grade levels behind. Often, my students have not had access to engaging print media.
I believe that high-interest reading materials are essential to developing literacy proficiency and a life-long love of reading.
My hope is that providing my students with materials that are tailored to their individual interests will help them discover the joys and wonders of reading. I firmly believe that the right book can have a life-long positive impact on a student. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering supporting this project.
