Help me give my students supplies needed for our phonics program, including headphones, glue sticks, dry erase boards, and dividers, that allow the students to focus on their own work during small group work.

My Project
I have noticed a remarkable improvement in students who can read at or above-grade level while using our phonics program. We use pouches to write and erase letters/slides/words daily in a whole group lesson. Students complete a skill-check online after that, and program posters are glued to the wall for the students to reference. Students come to a small group and use the dry erase boards to reinforce what they have learned in the whole group. Some lower students tend to look at what their neighbor is writing, and I hope the dividers will help them to realize their abilities.
